Personal
Care Items: |
One month's supply
of toothpaste, deodorant, and everything
else you need for your daily rituals.
As noted previously, bring lots of
vitamins and take them religiously.
Bring plenty of aspirin, Paracetamol,
or ibuprofen and carry some with you.
Bring at least a weeklong course of
cold and cough medicines. Do not forget
to carry a Universal pin convertible
and a small alarm clock. |
